We’ve had some absolutely stunning weather lately, and we’ve been making the most of it to get things moving here at RhodoDirect. The big news? Our new propagation house is nearly up! We’ve been all hands-on deck, installing the internal hoop system in the main tunnel house—so much so that we’re all feeling a little “hooped out!” But it’s totally worth it. I can’t wait to get the ends and the plastic covers on this week. It’s a game changer for us and for you!
This new setup means we’ll be able to grow and offer an even broader selection of robust hybrid rhododendrons for your garden. More space means more variety and healthier plants for you to choose from—win-win!
Our little “shop” is evolving every week. We’ve been expanding our range of supplements, and I’m particularly excited about our new soil conditioner. It’s specially formulated to help create that perfect acidic environment rhododendrons love—50% peat and 50% bark. We even have a sample of it right here in the nursery if you want to see and feel it for yourself!
